Returns and Warranties:


If products are found defective within the first 15 days from the invoice date, it will be repaired or exchanged at no additional cost provided that they are returned with all the accessories, packaging and manuals in brand-new condition, accompanied by the original invoice and less than 30 minutes have been accrued in voice air time.


If product has a problem after 15 days from the invoice date, warranties of any kind will be covered by the manufacturer only.

Price Policy:


If a price is highlighted incorrect by a sales representative or webmaster the pice is subject to an investigation, once the price is correct the buyer will be provided a refund without notice if the buyer wishes to persue the transaction he/she may continue with the purchase.
